ACC MAXSYSTEM is a Canadian owned Company, established
since 1992. Our demo room is located right in the center of the Markham area -
known as the "North Silicon Valley". A system integrator to supply IBM
compatible Computers with the latest technology from the major component
vendors. Our products are serving different market segments from small to mid
business, Home and Office, Manufacturing, Engineering, Health care, Financial
and Information Technology.
Our products including Custom Configured
stand-alone Computers, Server, Workstation, NoteBooks, multimedia, storage
devices, monitors, network planning and implementation, On site service contract
and consultancy and much more. We carry the major brands to satisfy customers'
needs such as Intel, AMD, IBM, Microsoft, HP, Asus, LG, nvidia, Toshiba, Lenovo,

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices, Specifications,
Availability
All Prices do not include any applicable sale taxes,
freight and insurance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability. MAXSYSTEM is not responsible for
any errors or omissions. Please verify prices and specifications with your
sale representative.
Payment
All sales are to be prepaid, COD by cash, or
certified cheque. Preprinted company cheques will be accepted upon credit
approval. Personal and bank counter cheques will not be accepted unless it
is backed by credit cards. Payments by VISA or MasterCards add 3%
surcharge.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold
with a 30 days DOA (dead on arrival) replacement warranty. Then the
extended warranty is covered by the original manufacturers. The users have to
contact directly with the manufacturers as below.. For the complete systems,
except Notebook , IBM and HP, we will offer 2 years limited labor warranty on
hardware only. There is no warranty on the software applications with the
system. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical
damages via shipping or by the customer. There is no implied warranty that
the products will fit any particular purpose. MAXSYSTEM will not, whether
expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our
products.
Manufacturers Warranty information
IBM, Compaq products, notebooks, monitor, printer, scanner and other external
devices must be returned to the manufacturer's depot for repair/servicing after
30 days of purchase. However, we will provide assistance if you have difficulty
in contacting the vendors.
Shipping
All Shipments are FOB our warehouse in
Markham, Ontario. Shipping and insurance coverage can be provided at the
request of the customer for an additional charge. All shipments will be
sent via ground using a courier selected by MAXSYSTEM. Express, air and
special handling charges are extra. Customers must report any shipping
discrepancies or damages to the courier company and MAXSYSTEM immediately.
Returns for Credit
Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased
over 15 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in
"as-new" resalable condition, including original packing and all manuals and
accessories. A 30% restocking charge may be applied. Special orders
and sold "AS IS" products cannot be returned. All products returned for
credit are subject to the same RAM policies outlined above. MAXSYSTEM
reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned products.
All returns for credit are to be applied to future purchases. No refund
cheques will be issued.
